Integrating Death into Life.
Whole Life Death Doula believes that a conscious, supported end-of-life journey is essential to overall wellness.
Our mission is to provide compassionate care and an unwavering presence, celebrating your whole life and walking with you—whether you are at the beginning of this journey or in its final moments.
Our approach
At Whole Life Death Doula, we operate on a fundamental belief: that true wellness encompasses the entire human experience, including its end. We seek to bridge the profound reality of mortality with the practical benefits of being well by championing the concept of "dying well." This is not about medical intervention, but about holistic preparation—emotional, relational, and logistical—that allows individuals and their loved ones to approach life's final transition with clarity, purpose, and peace. Our role is to help you access and personalize a suite of doula services tailored to your unique values, your family's needs, and your own envisioned future of wholeness.
Because this support should be a right, not a privilege, we have built our practice on a foundation of radical accessibility. We offer personalized, empathy-first programming and partnerships tailored to your specific circumstances through an equitable, sliding-scale model.
Our goal is to dismantle the structural barriers that often make end-of-life planning feel exclusive or overwhelming, ensuring that compassionate, knowledgeable guidance is within reach for all who seek it.

Founder | Death Doula
My entire professional life has been dedicated to roles that center on people, community, and the vital work of inclusion. This journey has equipped me with a deep well of tools and knowledge, which I now bring to the sacred space of end-of-life care. My practice is driven by a dual passion: a commitment to compassionate, individual support and a deep interest in fostering broader systems change that makes holistic death and dying support more accessible to all.
My path to this work is a synthesis of my experiences. I have built a career within public health non-profits, focusing on advocacy, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and the unique field of legacy giving—helping individuals align their final wishes with their lasting values. This is complemented by a creative pathway in writing and facilitation, skills that are essential for holding space, navigating difficult conversations, and helping clients articulate their stories. This unique blend allows me to provide clients of all backgrounds and life stages with supportive tools and unwavering accompaniment throughout their journey.
To ground this practice in the highest professional standards, I am a member of the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance (NEDA) and received my foundational education from the University of Vermont’s End-of-Life Doula certification course. It is the integration of this formal training with my lifelong commitment to service that shapes my approach to walking alongside you.

Your Advocate for a Supported Transition
In a world that can feel increasingly isolated, especially at the end of life, no one should have to face their final journey alone.
My dying accompaniment service is built on the simple, profound belief in the power of a steadfast presence. I provide compassionate, non-medical support and advocacy, tailored to your unique needs and timeline.
This can include scheduled appointments for reflection and planning, drop-in visits for companionship, and dedicated on-call availability as death draws near.
My role is to be a calm, knowledgeable advocate by your side, ensuring your final moments are met with dignity and support.

Honoring a Life with Meaning and Connection
A memorial should be a true reflection of a life lived—a space for both grief and celebration, for tears and laughter. With a background in events and a keen ear for your needs, I offer compassionate, full-service planning and management to help you create a gathering that feels authentic and healing.
My approach is grounded in honest advocacy and gentle accountability, ensuring your loved one's wishes—or your own—are honored with integrity. I hold space for the full spectrum of emotion, believing that joy and connection are essential parts of remembrance. Whether you need comprehensive management or simply a guiding hand to lean on, this service is tailored to your desired level of involvement, lifting the logistical burden so you can be fully present in the moment.
-
Transform Your Group's Understanding of Life and Death
My death awareness events are designed to turn a difficult subject into a source of connection and clarity. Through tailored talks and facilitated seminars for groups of all kinds, I provide the framework for open, educational conversations about dying.
The goal is simple but profound: to use the reality of death as a catalyst for living more fully. By creating a respectful and engaging environment, I help groups deepen their relationship with this essential topic, leading to greater personal insight and reduced anxiety. These conversations are a powerful tool for teams, families, and communities seeking to approach life with more intention and less fear.
